No Creeps! x Warner Music Group

Ahead of Grammy Week, No Creeps! and Warner Music Group came together for an inspiring evening focused on safety, accountability, and advocacy in the music industry.

Moderated by Jessica Vaughn, the panel featured Gabriela Gironas, Jasmine White, and Mike Siravo, who shared honest insights from their personal journeys. Key takeaways included the importance of getting everything in writing, celebrating every win, and recognizing the power we hold as a collective.

One idea echoed throughout the night: if the space you need does not exist, build it.

The evening also featured incredible performances by Takara, GREYSKIIN, and Shuba.

Special thanks to our sponsors Head Bitch Music, Rivet, OpenMic, and Pizza Girl, Inc., and to our partners Linktree, Women in Music, Flood Magazine, Maker’s Mark, Hornitos, JuneShine, NightCap, Keychange US, and The Female Composer Safety League for their support.

We are especially grateful to Warner Music Group for hosting, and to Katherine Seibert for capturing the night.

It was an honor to produce this event alongside the No Creeps! team, including Katie Tucker, Hazel Rose, and Georgia Hutton.

As the industry evolves, events like this remind us that support systems exist and that a safer, more equitable future is possible.
